Shannon Silva

Shannon is the Associate Director of the Facilities Planning and Safety team. She manages the multi-million-dollar FPS budget and office operations, including balancing of workload for project managers. She is also responsible for space management across the school and represents H&S departments and programs on large capital projects. Shannon manages a team of four, who she enjoys mentoring and fostering their development. She graduated from the University of San Fransico with a degree in Business Administration and  a minor in Organizational Behavior. During her personal time, Shannon enjoys spending with her family, traveling and volunteering at her children’s schools and in the community.
